Naan (English: Me) is an upcoming Tamil crime thriller film directed by Jeeva Shankar starring Vijay Antony in the lead role, who also produces the film and composes the music. Siddharth Venugopal and Rupa Manjari both appear in their second Tamil films in supporting roles. The film began its first schedule in April 2010 and is likely to release in 2011.[1][2]

The film was initially launched in 2008, with Siddharth portraying the lead role with Rukmini Vijayakumar playing the lead female role, however due to the failure of his previous film, the producer Oscar Ravichandran called off the project.[3][4] The film re-started with Vijay Antony's interception in 2010.

The soundtrack has six tracks, composed by Vijay Antony himself. Following Yuvan Shankar Raja, who created single tracks in Vaanam and Mankatha, Vijay Antony too released a single track "Makalaya Makalaya" in June 2010.
